Hostel Accommodation Price Update from 1 January 2026

Returning after reconstruction to our home at Francouzská 1 expands the weekend accommodation options for guests in multi-bed rooms, ideal for families with children or groups. This means you can stay with us at preferential rates.

When the room is fully occupied, the price per person is:

Discount for children aged 3–14	100 CZK
Group discount for 10+ persons	630 CZK Cannot be combined with the child discount. The 20% single-night surcharge does not apply for group bookings.

For children, an extra bed (non-standard bed) beyond the standard capacity of selected rooms is available for 400 CZK/night.

For guests aged 18 and over, a city tourist tax of 50 CZK per person per night applies in addition to the prices listed above.

Group Discount

The group discount is subject to a minimum number of guests sharing rooms (i.e. individual private rooms cannot be requested when applying the group discount or at the single-occupancy rate), and requires payment of the reservation as a whole (rather than individual payments by each guest).

For groups, we offer the option of arranging meals directly in the building through an external catering provider.

Room Hire Prices

Two halls available — total area 128 m², approx. 88 seats (each hall approximately 44 seats); the larger hall can be divided by a mobile partition; flexible table and chair arrangements possible.

Available for hire at weekends and during school holidays for educational, cultural, and social events, or for group dining. A discount is available for guests staying at our hostel — for detailed terms please contact us at hostel@kdm.cz.
